Who’s Behind the Cave?
The founders of Modern Neanderthal were once your typical city dwellers — stuck in traffic, navigating overcrowded streets, juggling short tempers and endless office politics.
One day, they’d had enough. They sold the house, ditched the cars, quit their corporate jobs, and swapped the concrete jungle for the wide-open spaces of rural South Africa.
They started over from scratch — learning to farm, getting their hands dirty, and figuring out how to live more simply and self-sufficiently, while staying connected to the best of modern technology.
Now, they’re inviting like-minded folks to join the ever-growing Modern Neanderthal Tribe — a place where you can learn practical skills, live a little wilder, and thrive with a foot in both worlds.
